Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you placed the order to request a refund or exchange.

If you receive your order in good conditions but you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can always contact us at support@uszorted.com. We guarantee that your order is up to standard you need it to be.

Exceptions / non-refundable orders
We are unable to issue refund or replacement due to customer's mistake such as: 1. Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, and text. 2. Providing wrong shipping address.

We are unable to issue refund or replacement of late delivery due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (delayed by courier/shipping company issue, natural disasters,)

Also, we cannot accept refund or replacement on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email support@uszorted.com including your order number and reason. We can no longer cancel an order after 24 hours when it gets to production.

 

Style, Size, Text and Photo Changes
Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order for any changes you need on your order. You can send us an email including your order number and details of the changes you need at support@uszorted.com. You are responsible for any spelling mistakes on the text option that you can place on the design (e.g. name, your own quote, other text that you can input). Make sure you check the design preview before checkout.

Shipping Address Change
If you wish to change your shipping address please send us an email including your order number, the current shipping address and the shipping address that you would like to change it to. We can only change the shipping address up until your order leaves our factory.

Damages and issues
If you receive a defective product, please contact immediately. To resolve issues faster, send us an email via support@uszorted.com including your order number and a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or damaged area of the item. We will send a replacement as soon as we confirm the case. The shipping method we will use for the replacement is the same with the original order. No need to return the defective product.
