Shipping Policy


To estimate when you can expect to receive your order, please refer to our time frame below. 

If your order is personalized, it can take a few days to get your artwork completed. If your order needs adjustment, it can take a few days more.

Note: During the peak season, your parcel might arrive late.
All of the items on UsZorted are made to order. This means that we will print the item(s) just for you, once we receive your order.

We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays.


Processing Time:

Poster, Apparel, Mug, Pillow, Blanket, Ornament, etc. 3 to 5 business days
Framed Posters, Blanket, etc. 5 to 8 business days
Delivery Time:
  • United States: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Canada, Australia & Western Europe: 5 to 12 business days.
  • Rest Of The World: 7 to 14 business days.
  1. The above time frame is applied for orders in the US with standard shipping method.
  2. Most of our products are processed and sent within the time frame. However, some items may require a longer shipping/delivery time frame.
  3. Due to unforeseen delays caused by our suppliers and delivery companies, some of our products may be delayed for a few days.
  4. Due to various factors such as holiday seasons and international shipping, it may take longer to ship out than usual. 
  5. For international orders, it may take additional days if your order has to go through customs.

If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

If you update showing on your tracking, order tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

If it has been more than 7 days your tracking data is still not showing, please get in touch with our Customer Support.

If a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 21 days since the order was placed, you can request a refund or request for a replacement. This does not apply during peak season.

Make sure to provide the correct address at checkout.

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you to provide us with the correct information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to us.
If you contact the shipping company/courier after the order has left our factory and you ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
